Arctic Lynx was created as a solution to my own pregnancy needs. I wanted something to keep me warm while I continued hiking, playing in the snow, skating, skiing and anything else outside. When I looked for something to buy I couldn’t find anything.  I knew there had to be other women out there, just like me, who were pregnant and freezing while they were outside or wearing their partners oversized stuff and feeling like a marshmallow.

Particularly as a mom of a 10 and 2 year old, I am always curious to know how sleep affects our children’s developing brains. One of my firm rules as parent with myself, husband and children is: everyone must get enough sleep.

There’s something that happens either during pregnancy or after delivery to a lot of women: your bladder doesn’t work like it used to. You leak urine when you sneeze, laugh, engage in physical activity or a million other things. It’s officially called urinary incontinence. It really should be referred to as this is awful. Whatever you want to call it just know you don’t have to live with it.
